How will my underwear be packaged?
Please recycle your packaging!
Your beautiful underwear will be packaged inside a small cardboard box with laser branding that is completely recyclable, biodegradable and earth friendly.
Care instructions
You can wash your Zimele Eco Wear underwear in a washing machine on a gentle cycle and iron on a warm setting. For the sake of the environment we recommend to not tumble dry your garments!
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally using DHL couriers and locally, anywhere in South Africa using MDS Collivery. Simply enter your address while checking out and your shipping will be calculated and added to your total purchase costs. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can expect to receive your order in:
Cape Town: 1 – 4 days
Other Major Cities: 2 – 5 days
Outlying Areas: 3 – 7 days

Do we offer custom orders?
Unfortunately we cannot currently offer any custom made orders.
